I used to find that I repeated the same words over and over to describe the decisions made and actions agreed. So a few years ago I wrote out a list of 50 handy verbs that I could slot into the minutes as and when I needed them.

Once I am finished with the task, I would look at my next task on my to-do list and figure out what applications I wont need. Then I would open up the applications associated with the next task.
