For years I’ve been a champion of steering clear of email when you’re trying to manage your tasks. Now I wouldn’t say that I’ve seen the light of day and realized that you can use any email app as a to do list – far from it. There are plenty of reasons why you wouldn’t want to use any old email app in that way.

I close all of them by either clicking on the "X" at the top-right corner or pressing ALT-F4 (keyboard shortcut to remember - can be very useful). Once I am finished with the task, I would look at my next task on my to-do list and figure out what applications I wont need. Then I would open up the applications associated with the next task.

It's called PayPal Here and comes with a swipe tool (just like Square).  The log-in can either be done using your email address or your phone number that is tied to your PayPal account.   The receipt can be mailed to your customer's email or texted to their phone.   Well, you are in luck!

i.e. My boss will send an email with a cc to me and on the last line or buried in the message he will write something like “I have copied Patricia to set up a teleconference at a mutually convenient time.&# This is especially helpful in the case that there are attachments in the email. As a result, my email went from around 30 a day to well over 150. I already knew the theories of inbox zero, yet here I was, drowning in email. This made finding a specific email very time consuming. Then I brainstormed how I was going to deal with hundreds of emails a day. You should look into keyboard shortcuts too.

The tip she sent me was how to edit an email that you have received. Close out of the email and you will be asked to Save the changes.
