It's called PayPal Here and comes with a swipe tool (just like Square).  If you are fast using your keyboard, you could type the information into the screen, but I've found scanning the card works the fastest for me and is proof that you physically had the card present at the time of the transaction. don't need it.

A few of the stupid things I tried to manage the e-mail: * Folders. A major part of my processing speed is in keyboard shortcuts in my e-mail program. You should look into keyboard shortcuts too. For each step of my process, I have a keyboard shortcut such as CTRL-1, CTRL-2 , CTRL-3, etc. Archiving everything.

Use the keyboard shortcut Fn + Shift + F7. To compare and contrast the content of two documents go to TOOLS > Track Changes > Compare Documents. To turn off spell check click Word > Preferences > Spelling and Grammar and unchecking the “check spelling as you type”. You can quickly access the thesaurus.

My iPad has an awesome case and keyboard made by Zagg (in red of course to match my business brand!). Use a good task tool. I use Asana for task and project management, and the app is on my iPhone and iPad, so I can see all of my tasks at a glance and add to them if needed.

Every time I have witnessed someone using Outlook or Gmail as a to do list, I cringed and did my best to get them to see the light of day and start using an actual task management or to do list application for getting things done instead.
