Companies like Google, Walmart and McDonald’s have introduced their own programs to help staff work their way up the company’s ladder or adopt new skills that could help them expand their career outside of the organization. . Land the dream job. . What does that mean for those who don’t have the privilege to afford higher education?
52% of recent four-year college graduates are underemployed within a year of graduating, and are struggling to find employment that matches their education level. For individuals not originally trained in STEM fields, learning quantitative skills like data analysis or statistics could lead to more stable and higher-paying jobs.

You might also look for courses that will develop some new administrative and entrepreneurial skills that will expand your contributions to your company and can possibly save them from having to hire another employee to do that work.
You should refer back to your core PA/EA skills for this one. This question is asking you to demonstrate which skills you call on to resolve problems. The term ‘gatekeeper’ is used in association with PAs/ EAs frequently, you will see it in job applications, CVs, articles relating to the industry and everything in between, but what does it actually mean to us? Is this what gatekeeping actually means on a job application and if so how do we go about doing this part of our role?

Concomitantly, over the last three years I've served as a committee member and conference organizer with an educational nonprofit. Well, the educational field is dismal and I've given up on the teaching career. So when they get that jobhunting email, it's just a typical update.
