Schedule = Success My favorite is: There is no tool more useful to me than an electronic calendar (Outlook, ACT, Thunderbird, Google, it doesn't matter what brand.) I keep it with me on the go, and while waiting for my kids or on line I can always pull it out and write my next blog post or newsletter piece.
Our organization uses Google Apps for our e-mail, calendar and cloud solution. Controlling email is hard but if you take a look at the emails that come to your in-box every day - how many of those are from email marketing, rss feeds, newsletters, coupons, etc. That will help reduce the clutter in your in-box.
