Once you’ve set some basic systems in place such as deciding on HOW you want your work week to look, created a project planner, and/or created a timeline, the second key is implementation. Transfer you new work week schedule to your diary or online planner i.e. block out the times. Tell your clients and colleagues that you are only available on particular days of the week/times for certain types of appointments.
