The most overlooked, yet most critical, element of transformation is preparing people for change. Automation and AI aren't just technical upgrades, they’re cultural shifts which can challenge identities. That’s why change management isn’t a side project—it’s the foundation. In finance, where precision and process rule, navigating change can feel especially disruptive.
Just lately I’ve had several business owners approach me for advice and support in adding an affiliate program to their business. And quite often what has prompted them to think about adding this additional income stream is that someone has simply said to them “do you have an affiliate program that I can sign up to?”. Just because someone asks you this doesn’t mean you need to run out and get one set up.
The end of the year is traditionally a time to reflect on the past twelve months and set resolutions for the year to come. We start on January 1 st with high aspirations and motivation to make change in our life, but our resolve doesn’t survive much beyond the end of January.
