This is a five star, “Double Eagle”, 1lb slice of cake type of restaurant. This is a wonderful looking restaurant full of deep sunken black leather chairs and sofas and Boston inspired artwork. The restaurant has the most welcoming of atmospheres. There are amazing Stakehouses and then there is Del Frisco’s.
The foyer, the salon bar and the restaurants are beautiful. We had a choice and this review was written from the Salon bar and not the room. I felt that the food could have been a bit flashier (you do tend to expect that in a five star hotel restaurant) but that would have probably only raised the price and not the quality.

I confess, our plates, cups and travel mugs… they are littered with plastic. Through a partnership with Cave B winery, these tumblers are created from reclaimed Bordeaux bottles collected from the organic restaurant, B&B and tasting room on the Cave B estate.
