I read an article called How to Stop the Gossip on Lynn Gaertner-Johnston’s blog that made the point of how important it is that we proofread our documents as well as do spell check and grammar checks. You search around to find the best deal (check out Travel Links on the right side of this blog for some suggestions) and book what your boss needed. The time finally comes when your boss is flying out to that all important business trip. They forget to do their own flight check-in and dont have time, so they call you up and ask you to do it.
