I was just playing around with the software and stumbled upon this great feature. I remember back in the day when Microsoft Excel 2003 and prior versions didn’t have this feature. Then we upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007 and voila! That’s it! Now you have a larger area to work with.

I had to open a different software program and needed yet another password for that. I just make a note for each account whether it's our purchasing page, our network software products, or websites i need to access for various reasons and put my user name and password on the note as well as the website address.

The reason I use the latter method is because our company policy is that we cant download any software that IT doesnt approve. Then just follow the instructions to installing and using the software. One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. Its compatible with any version of Outlook 2002 or later.

One of my managers wanted me to use our sales tracking software to create the sales report for a particular product. They ask you to create subtotals for the latest sales report, but want you to only send them the revised spreadsheet showing the subtotal rows. I recently ran into this problem as well.

When you try to save a document as a template, make sure that you click on the drop down arrow in the Microsoft Office software that you are using and select template, when using the "Save-As" command. Just make sure to protect the documents, spreadsheets, etc. so that they dont get changed.
