As the assistant wanting to get approval, you would fill in the Goal/Learning Objectives column and then present that to your executive and show the benefits of each. It’s a great way to mentor, as well as network. I am excited.

While your ultimate goal is FT job in admin, the only thing that will get you there is recent experience in admin - the good ol' fashioned catch-22.
