If you are more of a person who likes to use Outlook for reminders to pop up a few minutes, hours or days before the task needs to be completed or you need to attend a meeting, here are some tips on how to go about it: Write up the task in your Outlook, but make sure to give yourself enough time to be able to complete the task.
Heres some tips on organizing effective meetings each time: Figure out who will have a "need" to attend this meeting. Do you feel that you need to hold a meeting about having too many meetings? If the person isnt responsible for any of the items discussed in this meeting, dont invite them.
