I highly suggest that not include things like your addresses, phone numbers, or other identifiable information. If you decide you need to include a phone number, consider setting up a free Google Voice phone number. Google Voice acts as forwarding service, allowing you to avoid sharing your personal phone number.
There are many teachers in my extended family and it seemed like something I could do well, but our family did not have any money to further my education and I became a secretary instead. She saw the importance of this training to help her daughter know the workings of an office from the bottom up and the office benefitted from her educational training. The administrative position can be a springboard for a management position if you want to go in that direction and have the right educational background.
If you have to answer the phone, deal with an email or attend to something for your boss, do so, as that is the nature of the admin job -- multi-tasking, but once you have done it, go right back to your to-do list, re-focus and continue what you were doing.
