Since I began doing my syndicated workplace column more than 15 years ago, I've often interviewed Gerald Celente, founder of The Trends Research Institute , about workplace trends in the coming year. So throwing out the high and the low, I started to look for people to interview. I sent emailed interview questions. Each had a resume, test scores of the tests they’d volunteered to take to show their abilities and each provided a cover letter and their hourly rate.
