When Robert Glazer founded the global affiliate and partner marketing agency Acceleration Partners , his timing wasn’t great. Glazer also ran Bobby’s Best, a source for product research and buying tips, which he began as his first solo venture in 2005. It was 2007, and the global economy was spiraling toward a massive recession.

This quickly led into a change of career and I became a recruitment consultant working for high street agencies. A move to London happened around 1996 and my first role as a PA for the Director of Human Resources for a recruitment agency. I joined NHS Wales in 2005 and have been here ever since. A fabulous role which I loved.
