Since I help out a staff of 30, which includes 6 managers, I constantly am away from my desk doing different tasks such as going to the printer on the other side of the office or bringing rush items to the mail room. If someone else needs to access information, they can just click the "Read-Only" button.

About 90% of my work comes in the form of e-mails, since I want to be able to track anything and everything that managers and fellow staff members send me. These are endless, since many people have usernames and passwords for so many different sites, it really is impossible to keep track of all of this information. Here are some features directly from the site: Manage Your Passwords and Log In automatically. Then you have the dreaded website passwords. Try taking off the CAPS lock.

This will also help you find information faster and help you be more organized. Put labels on your filing cabinet drawers, for easier access to certain information that you will be looking for. If you really do have to put a lot of files in a folder, place a rubber band around the folder. It just looks more professional.

If it is a planned time off then you can meet with your buddy and give them any instructions or information they will need to handle in your absence and any contact names and numbers. I like to have a contact card with my buddys general information in it such as log ins and passwords as appropriate. Too much information.

If I send an email to a co-worker requesting information, I immediately drag it from my Sent items to my Tasks, set a reminder to follow up and write in the Subject line "Did I get this information". Where's the remote thingy for the PowerPoint? Too much information. You can then move it into your Tasks.

One thing I noted could be improved was I found myself scrambling a bit to make sure I had information for the varioius participants that needed to be signed or given to them and decided folders with each of their names would work better.
