For me, seasonal overwhelm is a combination of my granddaughter’s soccer practices and games, seasonal activities like apple picking and pumpkin carving parties, increased client projects, and trying to plan for the fast-approaching holiday season. Plus, the end of the fiscal year coincides with the holiday season.

But he made diversity in the workplace a strategic initiative , laid down goals and linked those goals to manager pay. Thanks to people like him, we now know that diverse teams tend to outperform their more uniform counterparts. Maybe that team-building poker night at the local cigar bar isn’t such a good idea after all.
