We also got 2 floating/personal holidays, about 3-10 sick days, and also working in the entertainment industry, most places shut down for the last 10-14 days of the year. Most of my jobs I was able to take my 2 weeks.

This break from ringing phones, a constant stream of visitors, pinging emails, and all sorts of stimuli will allow you to breathe, sit, and "meditate" for 5 minutes.
