Do some flexibility games before a negotiation, it will make easier for you to see the opportunities in the discussion. do some brain games before meetings: memory games when you’re doing some public speaking, especially if you’re talking freely, without a written presentation. I have stared doing such activities in ly life too.

In the last two months I started a consulting project (quite a big one, it will end in March next year) where I have to spend a few hours every day in an office, evaluating progress of a team, provisioning, negotiating deals, creating and implementing strategies and so on.
