More and more these days I see a focus in the recruitment process around the candidate’s average tenure spent with each employer as a judge of their commitment, loyalty and dedication to their roles. Be upfront in your cover letter. So spell it out, even if you think it’s obvious.

Also if you write a covering letter, which I think should always accompany an application, then again your details will be included there. Know what they want.
