Here are the basic rules to do this: Start off with something positive, such as you have been working hard on whatever project you want to mention and show some results of this. Mention to your boss (in a professional manner of course) that you have X number of tasks, projects, etc. This will show that you are being pro-active.

" One of the most productive ways to update information on files is to either create or move a file into a shared folder on your companys network drive. If your company doesnt have a network, since you might be in a smaller organization, you can e-mail the file around to the various people and ask them to add their information.

Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper.

I already owned a cell phone number, had an assigned IP Telephony work phone and fax number, a home number, and I used assigned phone numbers when I was at client sites. Just like an email, you can also forward your voicemails or download and archive them on your computer or network. No problem. Google Voice has you covered.
