A good people leader is always willing to mentor and assist their team members. Your team members will be grateful for your confidence in their ability and you’ll free up valuable time for other duties. Set boundaries. However, being too accessible can distract you from completing your own duties in a reasonable timeframe. Get support.

I believe in confidence. I like to be confident and my closest friends are strongly confident people. It was a bold, confident color, but I like the current blue better.) Steve is a confident, insightful person who knows a hell of a lot about the subject – well, he would, considering he’s THE Confidence Guy.

The only thing I would ask is that you only post articles that are your own work as I don't want to infringe on any copyright laws and that there are no references to employer or co-worker names. Some people have the expertise, but don't feel confident enough to write. I started out wanting to write an article on mentoring.

Many of my mentors have told me I should treat people at work as just that: people at work and at an arm’s length.
