I’m sure there are bloggers out there charging for their content who ARE shameless money-grubbers, but that is by no means the rule. That wasn’t my mother. That was everyone on the internet. As of January 2009 I started to actively promote the blog, becoming active (some say that I become even too active ) in social media outlets like Twitter , FaceBook and StumbleUpon. You gotta promote your blog, otherwise you’ll never reach to your audience. Promotion is definitely key. Another huge mistake. I was so wrong.

Just go to [link] , find the newsletter form and sign up. It’s not an ebook. It’s a compendium. I think it’s the biggest ebook I have ever seen.

That’s a 30 day trial that’s still going on, and while I’m not sure yet if I’ll continue on a daily basis, I do know that the benefits I’m feeling (sleeping better, more energy, the ego boost) will keep me doing at least some form of exercise. In some things, consistency can be deadly.
