You can also add this macro to your toolbar or assign a keyboard shortcut by clicking on the buttons below and following the instructions. Click on either the toolbar icon that you created, the keyboard shortcut or click Tools, Macro, and Macros…, then click run. Click on the Stop button shown below.

All you need to do is go through your regular print routine with the following steps: Click File, Print or CTRL-P as the keyboard shortcut. There are other ways to implement this, depending on the software that you are using, but let’s keep this simple for now. Now select Microsoft Office Document Image Writer.

I close all of them by either clicking on the "X" at the top-right corner or pressing ALT-F4 (keyboard shortcut to remember - can be very useful). Once I am finished with the task, I would look at my next task on my to-do list and figure out what applications I wont need. Then I would open up the applications associated with the next task.

Defeat Keyloggers by not using the keyboard to type passwords. Encrypt your passwords to achieve complete security. Generate random passwords to maximize password strength. Fight Phishing by entering passwords only on matching web sites. Back up your passwords and copy them between computers.

I hear about writer’s block all the time – in my online writing course, on my blog, even through private emails that only hint and whisper at the monster lurking under the bed. You need to just put fingers to the keyboard and GO. It doesn’t have to be that way. And I know someone who can teach you how.
