Sheryl revealed that it wasn’t until she became the only woman on the leadership team at Facebook that they installed parking spaces for pregnant women and an actual room for breastfeeding, as opposed to a broom closet.

I am considering hiring a guru or mentor from the Mentor club. Since you seem to own Mentor club, I guess it would be rather easy to hire somebody from your own business, right? I don’t think what you’re talking about is a mistake, but rather an act of courage and self-esteem.
