Prioritization is one of the most important topics under the umbrella of Time Management. It always surprises me to see how many capable, intelligent professionals still struggle with it. Recently, I got curious about why, and the answer surprised me even more. Typically, the problem is not that people don’t know how to prioritize; it’s that they simply expect there MUST be a better way.
Small businesses are the lifeblood of economies, playing a pivotal role in driving innovation, fostering community connections, and contributing significantly to economic growth. They serve as engines of job creation, injecting revenue directly into local economies, and catering to diverse consumer needs with unique products and services. It’s not so cheerful when money is tight. This year has been hard—financially, emotionally and, for some, physically.
