Lunch n learns are also a good way to learn from each other. Administrative newsletters or bulletin boards where you can post tips or suggestions is a good way to learn.

I will not say I am the perfect minute taker, but it is something I now have confidence in doing. Writing on a subject you know nothing about is a good way to learn something about that particular topic.
