It would be interesting to see how many companies would allow for this type of dress code, since quite a lot of places have client visits on a regular basis. I worked for a software company with a casual dress code and men and women both wore shorts all the time (it was in Houston and warm close to year round).

B eing able to retrieve the data is more important than an organized alphabetized file drawer.
