Rich Leigh, whose Gloucester firm Radioactive PR moved to a four-day week in 2019, told me, “I can’t move for great resumes from great people” who were wanting to escape London but remain in the industry. Synergy Vision, a London-based medical and health care communications company, introduced a four-day week in late 2018.
