So, back in 2006, I started a blog for admins called The Executive Assistant’s Toolbox, where I shared tips and tricks for success in the field. A friend I was traveling with had a special request and Cast Members did whatever they could to accommodate his request. One focused on my demographic data and another focused more on the overall park experience. Collecting data and using it to improve the customer service experience is essential. I always enjoyed watching nature and travel shows because the hosts seemed like the luckiest people in the world to me. They could travel all around the world, do fun stuff and get paid for enjoying their lives.
