I always ask my team at Whits Services to plan their holidays in advance. Second, it “avoids any teamwork disruptions,” especially if “you are in a place with a different time zone or don’t have an optimum network connection to do your work.” Being fully transparent helps manage expectations and avoids issues if things go wrong.
