That means we’ll likely see crowded airports and stressed travelers. You won’t find me checking my suitcase.

Ensuring our boss is able to get from A to B without any fuss or stress is a key task for assistants. The fuss and stress shouldn’t be felt or seen by the boss but we can certainly feel it! If we are doing this in the office imagine our stress levels when the boss has to leave the building for a client meeting or business trip!

" That is what I heard from her as we were talking on the phone. Evernote information is stored in the cloud (so that I do not have to worry about my computer crashing) but allows me to add a note from my computer, iPad, or phone. I travel by car to see many of my clients, in their homes. My Phone Is Phenomenal!

Try to set up the communication of the office so your boss checks their own emails and responds, but you are in charge of all the mtg coordination, phones, and anything that happens in the office. You answer the phone, book travel, offer beverages to guests, book meetings, prepare the conference room, order food, etc.
