One of the things they recommended to executives was to use their electronic calendar to leave themselves reminders. . -- Wait a minute! I guess he thought I needed the help.

To do this, open up your scheduled meeting in the calendar that you are using and click on “Forward as iCalendar&#. If you want to update the calendar, you would have to make the changes in the meeting request directly. This way, they will be more inclined to read the e-mail properly.

A tip she passed along had to do with the bring-forward system and has been a great tool for me. My boss likes me to print his weekly calendar on Monday so he can see at a glance what he has for the week so I clip that to the front of the folder. One of my friends was able to help me with many things I needed to know.

Since Outlook only allows for one time zone to be added to the persons calendar , this makes it a little difficult. I am currently in the process of doing this for one of my managers. I need to book meetings for him to travel to firms all over Canada.
