When Joan was in the process of writing a book for administrative professionals she was also dealing with the heartbreak of seeing her husband, Dave, bravely battle this disease. But there aren’t a lot of things in life I can say I have loved and devoted my life to and been as passionate about as being a visionary for the administrative profession. I know we are probably stuck with the current system of trying to remember log-in names and passwords, but thankfully at work if you do forget your password the administrator can re-set it, and then you have the option of changing it again.
