I did manage to escape work for long enough to pick up some groceries from the local supermarket with the intention of using the wonderfully equipped kitchen for some home cooking. A perfect location for business travellers and tourists alike. I spent a lot of time catching up on emails and the WiFi was perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to New York. Advertised minimum rate is $314 per room (April 2014). . The best thing about the Hotel Giraffe is the location.

Around these parts hotels are pretty expensive (sometimes unreasonably so) but The Nadler is what you would call a hidden gem. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant, which might be a deal breaker for some business travellers, but it does have a meeting space for up to 8 people. Our opinions are entirely our own.
