I got carpal tunnels syndrome/tendinitis in 2000 & 2001 because I didn’t have good ergonomic advice, & didn’t take any initiative back then to seek it out. Though less focus on my hands and more about keeping from blowing out the voice by keeping relaxed while singing my brains out !-)
