If you no longer want to stay an EA, perhaps you can transition to be the Office Manager, Facilities Manager, or even become coordinator, associate, biz analyst, projectmanager, or director in a different department.
I was stressed out from the pace of work and also the length of a couple of special projects with a long lead time. Other jobs, because they were temp to full time, I didn’t even have the benefits of paid vacation time or paid sick days for almost a year. A week or two ago, it was one of those weeks where my brain just felt tired.
Tell us your story on how you went from temping in LA to being the EA of high-profile CEOs. I found every single one of my jobs through a temping agency or by referral. I learned through informational interviews that I should apply to temp agencies. So I left that temp gig and went to work for the CEO.
