I have heard of EAs working for successful international corporations and earning a very large salary. While you will have to work out of their home, if you are in charge of everyone else, and all those projects, that's equivalent to being a project manager at a company. Almost every job has an admin element to it.

I'm really interested in progressing and developing my skills but feel that managing the office is hindering my ability to focus on the core of being an EA.
