We had borrowed a friends flat just up the road on Argyle Street which was great but lacked a fundamental and very necessary component – WiFi, which meant that most days were spent locating the best place to work, answer emails and generally know what was going on in the world. Over the summer of 2014 I spent four weeks in Glasgow.

BCO Awards dominated by South East offices yet again but Glasgow office takes top spot

Barclays’ campus has regenerated a derelict site on the bank of the River Clyde.

You can imagine my delight when I found out the room was in fact a suite, with separate bedroom and living space, the bed was huge and I managed to not only take a bath but also wandered around in the complementary bathrobe for a good few hours. The atrium looked particularly stunning in the evening.
