I am a member of the International Association of AdministrativeProfessionals (IAAP). As part of my membership I get a subscription to IAAP's magazine OfficePro and also to their e-newsletter OfficePro Express. Both of these are excellent sources of information for the administrative assistant.
As a proud former administrativeprofessional , I’ve always enjoyed being a part of the admin community. Today, I am still a true supporter of administrativeprofessionals. We need people who embrace the admin role as a career of choice and want to help elevate the administrative profession.
If a co-worker asks you to fudge some numbers on a travel expense report, you can give yourself the space to react with a few responses like the following: “I need to think on that. Don’t be shy because you are an administrativeprofessional.
Did you have the most incredible AdministrativeProfessionals’ Week this year? IAAP teamed up with Staples to #CelebrateAdmins. Business Management Daily had a daily free download or gift. So what do we do now that the blog-a-thon is over? Keep coming back!
