The system I use is quite simple and has been around for a long time.

I have a similar system with my boss. I put travel in red and action reminders in yellow, but that is our own system and it works for us. but I don't use that system or know what the colours mean. I must admit that it helps that I learnt to use a computer on the old DOS system and shortcut keys were the only option, but even those who normally use a mouse can transition over quite easily. Better for you ergonomically as well. Once you see the benefits and get into the habit, I am sure you will not look back. 23, 1 p.m.
