The demand for highly-skilled, tech-savvy, multitasking administrativeprofessionals who perform business and personal tasks has become so great that a new position is trending—the Executive/Personal Assistant (EA/PA). Last year for example, at C-Suite Assistants, only 7 percent of our total placements in 2020 were for EA/PAs.

For example, during staff meetings, acknowledge the work that other departments have done. One thing I have found that goes a long way are personal handwritten thank you notes and Starbucks gift cards. I sent her a personal note and a gift card to say thank you. I completely forgot to book his room - I know, total F-up.
The cards are all made with recycled paper and you can even include a gift if you like and this company will send it off for you. The art of saying thank you can sometimes get lost in our busyness, but here are some examples of times it would be nice to send a card from work: To thank presenters who speak at your workplace.
For example, if a team member is not outspoken, but is proficient in computer software, they would a good person to organize documents. Show your appreciation for each team members’ efforts by taking them to lunch or at the end of the project give a gift of thanks or a certificate of appreciation. Value your team members.

For example, there needs to be enough power in the building for your sound, lighting, video vendors to tap into – otherwise you need a power generator? Another example is working in museum spaces. What is your date / time of year?
As AdministrativeProfessionals, we have a unique challenge to our profession. Getting rid of an extra 50 to 100 emails that you do not have to triage is a gift when you are working through your inbox after a holiday! Then comes this thought "I am never going on vacation again!
