His calendar then shows blocked time and nobody misses seeing that he is away. Set a recurrence.

One of the things they recommended to executives was to use their electronic calendar to leave themselves reminders. Lets enjoy our day together.© Another one I never use.

One of the best kept secrets in Word 2007 is the Word Options button. Wow.this tip almost makes me want to upgrade to 2007 *laughs*.

To-do lists I have to-do lists for the Board and Committee meetings and a to-do list for the Board Reception and Dinner. No surprises!

Meeting with Mr. Brown and Ms. Enter it in calendar. Minute taking made easier.
