It’s such a shame that there aren’t more managers who are good mentors that help each individual grow and learn more in their roles. Perhaps you will be able to put together documents, presentations, grants, and portfolios using Excel, Powerpoint, Word and any other databases or programs you have taken classes for.
This is more like Excel, Word, PowerPoint that in your hands can create something very unique. So the best case is where you have a Gen Z mindset in somebody who’s experienced and that experienced person somehow is able to mentor a younger person and bring them up to speed on their experience. This is not like SAS.
