Use the notebook for everything you want to keep track of: to do lists, grocery lists, client meetings, phone calls, dreams and goals. Once you cleared the path, identify the next step to take to accomplish your task or goal. If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in.
