Both times I’ve replaced my phone as quickly as is humanly possible because I am just lost without it (sometimes I am literally lost without it thanks to my dependence on Google maps to get me about London!). Although I still do print everything off this is a great app to have on your phone so you can check your details on the go.

Although I still do print everything off this is a great app to have on your phone so you can check details on the go. I use the website all the time, not just for planning travel but also for expenses, so it is helpful having the app on my phone. Weatherbug: Free. XE Currency: Free or £1.49. Even though they can seem like small things, at the beginning you are trying to do your best to impress and can feel a bit helpless when the phone rings and you realize you don't know how to answer it. I also included instructions on how to use some of the equipment that I needed to use such as the telephone, photocopier and fax.

Once the initial cost of equipment has been paid teleconferencing is inexpensive. Depending on the telephone equipment you have it can be hard to hear what everyone is saying especially if the majority are in a large boardroom and the phone is not in the middle of the desk. Pros: Multiple locations across all time zones.
