The more difficult macros are the ones that are programming code related and require knowledge of Visual Basic (you can find some books here) , which unfortunately, I have no training in. You can also add this macro to your toolbar or assign a keyboard shortcut by clicking on the buttons below and following the instructions.

All you need to do is go through your regular print routine with the following steps: Click File, Print or CTRL-P as the keyboard shortcut. Do you ever get a meeting request and an agenda has not been provided, or if it is a teleconference the call-in details have not been given or the boardroom hasnt been booked for an internal meeting? When booking meetings ownership of the meeting has to be established. Is the boardroom booked? Whose responsibility is it anyway?
