Projectmanagement is a key skill for PAs these days. So many organisations are recognising that PAs are natural projectmanagers – we are organised, we structure our work in a way that lends itself well to project work and actually we’ve been managingprojects for most of our working life!
ProjectManagement Apps: Teamwork is, by far, my favorite projectmanagement app. You can update statuses, track time and tasks, and get real-time updates on all your projects. Others you may want to research include Trello , Asana , and Basecamp. It’s what I use to keep my own team on track.
One of our favorite tech tools for enhancing our procedures is Teamwork , a projectmanagement app that keeps me and my fully remote team on the same page. In Teamwork, we can create task lists that break down our procedures into manageable chunks, and assign those chunks to various team members.
Some online task and projectmanagement systems are more up to speed on this kind of thing and have apps for your phone to make capturing information easy even when you’re offline. It takes time to train yourself on something new, no matter how simple or “intuitive” it may be. Talk about wasting time to manage time!!
