The new year is a good time to bring up the Look-Forward Agenda. The Look-Forward Agenda is very helpful for this. It is basically a list of items that are regularly dealt with throughout the year and provides a timetable of when these items need to be added to the agenda. Happy New Year everyone!

Choose the country you want and click OK.

Meeting preparation.

To-do lists I have to-do lists for the Board and Committee meetings and a to-do list for the Board Reception and Dinner. To prepare a minute template simply use your agenda and put it in minute format. Under each agenda heading you can then record the appropriate information when you are in the meeting.
