Then the 2001 recession hit the Telecom and IT sector. And I do understand that money does not buy happiness, etc etc, but we do heroes, mentors and models of good behavior. Those of us who have been in the workforce for a longer period of time owe it to ourselves to help them, mentor them and encourage them.

The first ebook is expensive to produce but that is a fixed cost, not marginal cost. At first it was expensive and there was little interest in it. Talk helps create solutions.
